Books

This is a list of books that I have read that are influencing my direction. I am only including recent books that I have read or are currently reading not every book that I have ever read…that would be an exhaustive list to write. Expect for me to do reviews of some or all of these books…eventually. Also I am not including fictional “fun” books. This list will be a growing list that is updated as I read new books (or old books that read again).

7 Habits of Highly Effective People – Stephen R. Covey

Nine Noble Virtues – Jason King Goodwise

Viking Wisdom – Havamal , The Sayings of Odin – Tyr Neilsen

Sovereign Duty – Kris Ann Hall

Survivalist Family – Pastor Joe Fox

Who Moved My Cheese – Spencer Johnson, M.D.

The Road to Forgiveness in Christ – Jacob Olinger

Northern Tradition for the Solitary Practitioner – Galina Krasskova and Raven Kaldera

Back to Basics: A Complete Guide to Traditional Skills – edited by Abigail R. Gehring

The Five Year Guide to Self-Sufficiency: Simple Living Made Simpler – Amelia Barrows

A reference that I use to cross check other sources is a book called “The Essential American Experience: Documents and Notes” (2nd Edition) written/complied by Constance M. Jones, Derris L. Raper, and John Sbrega. This is a collection of all of the greatest speeches, documents, papers beginning with the colonization of the New World through Reagan’s Conservative Mandate. This saves a little in research but is not the only source for these items. The authors left out personal opinions and just included the documents in the original form.
